Muli Bwanji!
Welcome to my blog about my adventures in Lilongwe, Malawi during the summer of 2009 doing undergraduate research for the UNC Project. I am a rising senior at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill but for graduate school I want to go into the field of public health. This summer I will be collecting information for my senior honors thesis, working on a malaria vaccine trial, and doing other research on the side. In the summer of 2008 I was in Malawi building the foundation for work that I will be doing this summer. Both summers have been funded by grants from UNC. This blog is for you to keep up with me, share the great stories I experience, keep my parents happy, and to have a way to look at all my pictures. Hope you enjoy!
